Our Story
Our journey began about 10 years ago when the co-founders having spent a number of years working in the AEC industry across the Gulf, found projects frequently suffered delays in design and construction, that stem from a lack of accurate drawings - so we set up Urban Surveys to solve that problem.
With the help of the in5 Innovation Center in Design District we incorporated Urban Surveys 3D FZ LLC in 2017 and have since then grown from co-working spaces Executive Offices at in5 Design.
Both in5 and the Dubai Design and Fashion Council (DDFC) have supported us from the outset and we are proud to now count d3, Tecom, Jumeirah, and Dubai Holding, the parent company, amongst our list of clients.
In recent months we've completed some prestigious works for Dubai International Airport, The UAE Presidential Palace, Mall of the Emirates, Souk Madinat, Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Wild Wadi.

During and after the pandemic, we’ve completed works for several iconic projects in UAE including Heriot Watt University and in KSA including the KAFD famous district.
